Afternoon: Transfer to Rome
  • Journey Overview: After the Assisi tour, transfer to Rome, a drive of approximately 180 kilometers, taking about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Evening: Rome City Tour
  • St. Paul’s Outside the Walls: Begin your tour of Rome with a visit to the Basilica of St. Paul’s Outside the Walls, one of the four major basilicas of Rome. The basilica is built over the tomb of St. Paul and is known for its grand nave and beautiful mosaics.
  • Colosseum (Photo Stop): Next, stop at the Colosseum for a photo opportunity. The Colosseum is an ancient amphitheater and one of Rome’s most iconic landmarks. Although you won’t enter, one can admire its grandeur from the outside and take memorable photos.
  • Walking Tour:  We conclude our day with a walking tour starting from Piazza di Spagna (Spanish Steps) and continuing to Trevi Fountain, Piazza Colonna, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Campo de’ Fiori.  This walking tour will allow us to experience Rome’s rich history and vibrant atmosphere.
